Back at Jingit

I fell in love with Jingit when the rewards program first began. I was easily able to reach my weekly maximum earning limit and transfer it to my Jingit Card just by watching ads. It was my coffee and treat fund. Then the program took some time off and was slated to come back in March 2012. Now in late April, they have finally shown some life.

First of all, they have curl ads currently at walmart.com. Today ALONE I was able to reach my weekly limit just by clicking on those ads and watching the short videos! Second, they have raised the weekly limits. You can make $10 each week and get a $0.25 increase for each referral up to $15 maximum. Third, you can use the mobile app to check-in and watch ads.

There are a few things important things to consider to determine if Jingit is right for you. First, they are still in Beta phase, and will be offering more ways to earn cash in the future. Second, you MUST sign up through your Facebook account (while they are in Beta at least). Third, and most importantly, you get paid via a reloadable Visa Debit Card issued by US Bank, or you can buy music.me downloads with your Jingit balance. I have received my Jingit debit card and have used it several times with zero problems. There is a one-time fee to get the card and it is super easy to transfer your Jingit cash or check your balance right on the website. I highly recommend reading the FAQ's on the Jingit website before signing up to answer any questions or concerns.

So even though the mobile app is NOT compatible with my phone,  I have still made great $$$ with Jingit and look forward to doing so in the future. I hope they continue to offer more ways to earn cash, and continue with what made them great in the first place: the home page ads.

If this sounds like a program for you, sign up at Jingit today and be sure to get those ads at walmart.com while they last!

March Swagness Has Hit Swag Bucks

My favorite rewards site Swag Bucks just started a new promotion! Here are all the details from their blog.

March Swagness is all about you earning bonus Swag Bucks while doing all of the things you’re already doing on our site. It’s really simple – every day we’ll give you an earning goal, which you’ll find on the homepage – just look for this box on the righthand side on the homepage:

As you earn Swag Bucks throughout the day, that meter will fill up and when it’s full, you’ll have earned your bonus for the day. The bonus will always be 10% of that day’s goal. Be sure to check in everyday, as the earning goal for any given day could be higher or lower than the day before. Your total bonus amount will continue to accumulate each day, and your bonus amount will be applied at by April 5th – this special promotion runs through April 2nd. If you hit the earning goal every single day of March Swagness, your bonus amount will be doubled!

Click the Check Out Your Stats button to see how you did each day and when you were able to earn that bonus!

Keep in mind, EVERYTHING you earn counts towards March Swagness – including (but not limited to) Search, Surveys, Tasks, Swag Codes, Special Offers, Referral Bucks, Winning TTPTP, Hashtag and Comment hookups – if you earn it from us, it counts towards the day it was earned!

Book It Twitter

Did you know that Twitter is one of the best places to win free books on the internet? I love a good book and have won several over the past few months through simple giveaways on Twitter.

books all won on twitter!

How to Win Free Books on Twitter
  1. First, follow the publishers who do the giveaways. Check out my Book Giveaways list at Twitter of the publishers and authors I follow. Feel free to start following them yourself or start Twitter searching for your favorites!
  2. Now that you are following some publishers start to look for the giveaways! Some publishers do weekly giveaways, like every Friday, and others do spontaneous or 'flash' giveaways. Look for Tweets such as 'The next 5 people to RT (retweet) this message win a copy of THIS AMAZING BOOK!' or 'RT this by 5PM to win a copy of YOUR FAVORITE AUTHOR'S AWESOME NEW BOOK!' Some require a bit more work such as answering a question, but they take very little effort. The hardest part is not missing the giveaway tweet. Check your Twitter feed often.
  3. Join Goodreads. There are dozens of giveaways at Goodreads! You can also keep track of what you are reading and see what your friends are reading. You can post reviews for more chances to win free books too. It is free to join. The publishers link to their own giveaways at Goodreads on Twitter too! Follow @goodreads as well on Twitter.
  4. Look for more giveaways on blogs. Publishers will link to bloggers who are also doing giveaways. If you like book reviews start doing them on your blog. Be sure to send a link to the author and publisher. You just might be chosen for future ARC's (Advance Reading Copies) to do more giveaways!
  5. Several of these same rules apply to Facebook! Start liking the fan pages of your favorite publishers and you could be winning on both.

If you like a certain genre of books, such as children's literature to win books for your kids, then start using Twitter search to find their favorite authors and publishers! If you are unsure if a certain Twitter account does giveaways, send them a Tweet and ask. They probably do! In addition to physical books, several Twitter accounts list free Kindle books. Use the wonderful Twitter search and start filling your virtual bookshelf as well!

I have to give a shout out to Lisa on Twitter who introduced me to the wonderful world of Twitter Book Giveaways. Thank you Lisa!
